All returns must be authorized by our Sales Staff, we will accept reurns for the following reasons: - if you are not happy with the freshness of our Coffees or Teas. - if merchandise is recieved damaged. - if merchandise is not as described. - if merchandise is defective (defective equipment may have to be returned directly to the manufacturer). All merchandise returned must be in its original package, in original condition. There will be no cash refunds, or charge card credits. All approved returns will be for merchandise credit only. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. Clearance and sale priced merchandise is sold as is, and not returnable.
